WHY LEADERSHIP ON DEMAND

Great leaders don’t just happen; they are developed over time. This is not just another expense but an investment that builds on the opportunity to have more women of color represented in significant positions. A 2018 article shared by the Center for American Progress reported that

women makeup over 50% of the U.S. population and earn more than 57% of undergraduate degrees, yet they lag drastically behind men in terms of their representation in leadership. Imagine these numbers in regard to women of color. We can't afford to wait on some societal shifts. They need to happen now.
